5 - Don't be offended if I don't reply. I'm usually pretty good, but sometimes I forget to reply after reading through all the lovely e-mails, or I don't have time.

4 - I only do PG and down icons, please don't request something above, I won't do it
5 - I'll usually get your request done by the next batch
6 - If you don't understand, or have questions, don't be afraid to ask!
